Basgerin Pirate is pretty much what you describe in your post. Plenty of fleets in most time zones hit me up in game. generally get over 900 kills a month.

Joined BP almost 9 months ago, In that time I saw my kills/month rise from 50 to over 400 for some months. This group spends more time in space looking for kills then any other I've ever been a part of.

Yes you can bridge to a beacon. That is why I am suggesting it, it would give lowsec people the same logistical ability as nullsec sov. It would only last an hour though.
